Stage 1 – Consultation & Site Assessment
The ‘meet and greet’

We start by meeting with you onsite to discuss your vision, lifestyle requirements and budget, understand any site challenges, and answer any questions you may have. This allows us to develop the best approach for your project from the outset.
Stage 2 – Design, Planning & Detailed Quotation

Whether you’re working from existing plans or engaging our design team, we’ll collaborate with you to finalise the landscape layout, materials and finishes. Once the scope of works is confirmed, we’ll provide an itemised quotation showing all the inclusions so you have complete transparency before construction begins.
Stage 3 – Construction & Project Delivery
Where the magic happens
Once you approve your quotation, our qualified construction team coordinates every aspect of the build, maintaining clear communication throughout the process. From conducting a prestart inspection and site preparation through to landscape construction, structural works, planting and finishing touches, we manage your project with professionalism and care.
Stage 4 – Project Completion & Handover
Lifelong memories are ready to be created
As construction nears completion, we undertake a detailed quality inspection to ensure every element meets our high standards. We’ll walk through the completed landscape with you, provide guidance on ongoing care and maintenance, and ensure you’re completely satisfied before handover. Our aim is simple — to deliver a landscape that exceeds expectations and can be enjoyed for many years to come.
Once the project is finished you will be invited to inspect our work and upon your 100% satisfaction, you will be asked to sign off on the completed works. At this stage we will provide a handover on how to best care for your new landscape with a shiny new landscape maintenance manual.
